You can use the consolidated billing feature in AWS Organizations to consolidate billing and payment for multiple AWS accounts or multiple Amazon Internet Services Pvt. Ltd (AISPL) accounts.
Every organization in AWS Organizations has a master (payer) account that pays the charges of all the member (linked) accounts.
AWS Billing (service prefix: aws-portal) provides the service-specific resources, actions, and condition context keys for use in IAM permission policies.
Use policies to grant permissions to perform an operation in AWS.
When you use an action in a policy, you usually allow or deny access to the API operation or CLI command with the same name.
However, in some cases, a single action controls access to more than one operation.
