Region Pairs

• A region pair consists of two regions within the same geography (e.g. US, Europe, or Asia).

• Geo-Redundant Storage provide automatic replication to the paired region.

• Each Azure region is paired with another Azure region 300 miles away to: - Help disaster recovery if one region has an outage. - Can have data replication - Comply with country law's because data won't go out of its geography (exception of Brazil South).
